Melissa Valdellon, OD is a licensed optometrist and Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry whose work has taken her all across the country and beyond to Palau, Thailand, and the Philippines.
While Melissa currently spends much of her time teaching at the UC Berkeley School of Optometry and seeing patients, she also dedicates much of her time to self-care and reading and learning about more natural and holistic ways to promote well-being and health, like CBD. Melissa has published a few wellness books as a result and enjoys engaging conversations about creating true mind-body-spirit balance with others.
