You may return new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you may receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If this time period has passed since you received your purchase(s), we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will send you an email to notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund before applying back to your account.
If you are shipping an expensive item or items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
If your item is incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you. If you need to exchange your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 28 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
