How to Choose Your CBD Serving After Exercise

How to Use CBD Muscle Balm, Oil and Capsules


Each format is used differently. CBD Balm and the two roll-on salves are massaged into the skin until absorbed, and they are for external use only. CBD Moisturizing Skin Cream and Massage Oils are also massaged in until absorbed, using a few drops of oil. CBD topicals are massaged in until absorbed, and the heating and cooling sensation of Heating + Cooling Roll-On Salve is felt on the skin. That salve contains menthol and camphor. Wash your hands after use, keep topicals away from eyes and sensitive areas, and do not use them on broken skin.

Oils are held under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds, then swallowed. Softgels are swallowed with water and are tasteless and odorless. Gummies are taken 1 to 2 at a time.
