At NuLeaf Naturals we take pride in our processing and shipping speed and offer a few options to our customers including free standard shipping on all orders over $74 to anywhere in the United States. Our other shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery 2-4 weeks, but can vary depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that processing your order may add up to an additional 72 business hours. Tracking information from the carrier might not be available immediately.

Exchanges

If your order is incorrect, or damaged upon arrival; please reach out to the support team within 48 hours of order delivery.

Returns

All sales at Nuleaf Naturals are final. However, if a return is required due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make the necessary corrections and arrangements.

Refunds

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. However, in most cases, you may receive your refund sooner.

This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the time required to process your return once received (3–5 business days), and the time your bank takes to process the refund (3–7 business days).
