CBD is natural, safe, easy to use, and federally legal in the United States. CBD is derived from the cannabis sativa plant, but unlike marijuana, CBD is non-intoxicating as it works naturally with the body’s Endocannabinoid System to maintain a state of internal balance and equilibrium, affecting multiple internal systems and physical and mental functions.

Furthermore, the way you take the CBD oil matters as well. CBD oil can be ingested, taken sublingually, or applied to the skin. Taking CBD under the tongue can work as quickly as five to 20 minutes, whereas CBD oil added to a food or beverage can take a minimum of thirty minutes to take effect.
