Confusing and upsetting

"I had ordered Delta9 capsules a while back. Two bottles. Each bottle had different sized capsules, supposedly same dosage. I called and asked that they be replaced. I was told NO. They said it was normal to have variations in capsule size. Mind you…. . I have purchased their products since day 1. NEVER have capsules of the same product been so different in different bottles. Cbd soft gels were always the same, Multi Cannabinoids always the same, Delta 9’s always the same. So……. i have no idea which capsules are the correct ones. You would think……. . to help a customer since day 1 happy, they would have just replaced the bottles. Instead they were quite rude. That was many months ago. This most recent Delta9 caps in two bottles……. . exactly the same. So this review expresses my perplexity as to why they wouldn’t just have replaced them to ease my mind. Oh well! That’s how it goes today. Who cares if the customer is happy!"
